Schedule an Estimate
For many projects, we can estimate jobs over the phone or via email. Email any photos and dimensions to [email protected]

Sign the Letter of Engagement
If you decide to proceed with the project, you will sign the Letter of Engagement to secure your spot on our calendar. A Materials and Labor deposit will be required at the onset of the project, which is a portion of the estimated cost.
03
Begin and Complete the Project
For bigger projects, materials draws to cover the cost of materials will be necessary to complete the job, and the complete and final payment is due at the completion of every project.

Questions
Do quotes include Labor and Materials?
If you already have materials, we will just quote labor. You can pick our and purchase what you want ahead of time and we can help you determine how much to get. Or, we can purchase the materials for you and includes the materials costs in the estimate. Materials must be paid for in advance.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit for materials in the beginning of the project if we are purchasing them, we also require a labor deposit. Depending on the length of the project, we may require draws during the project with the final payment at the completion.
How fast can you finish?
We work multiple jobs at once and very frequently allocate several hours per day to different projects. When materials shortages happen delays can occur, and with weather if the project is outdoors that can also provide delays, however we do our best to provide the most accurate timeline to complete your project within our foresight of issues.
Can you begin right away on my project?
We can usually begin your project almost right away, depending on the size of the project, but we will let you know when we provide the estimate when we think we can begin.
Can Painters put tape on a refinished floor?
FrogTape and other painter’s tapes pull up hardwood floor finish, especially on recently coated or factory-finished floors, and the damage is often severe enough that full refinishing is required rather than a simple touch‑up. We do not guarantee projects once a painter or homeowner has put tape on a hardwood refinish.
What about Guarantee’s?
We guarantee our labor up to 3 years from the time of the install. Product failures are the manufacturer’s responsibility. Damage to the floor after the final finish is completed is the responsibility of the homeowner or contractor who created the damage.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take cash, checks credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and CashApp. We charge a processing fee on credit and debit cards which is 3%.
